This Legal Notice governs access to and use of https://www.blockema.com and its associated application (together, the "Website"), owned by Blockema.
Accessing the Website makes you a User and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. Subscribing to the service is additionally governed by the Terms of Service, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy.
Business Activity
Blockema provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for validating data in Excel and CSV files against configurable validation rules. The service is provided exclusively over the Internet.
Use of the Website
Access
Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the User's Internet connection. Some features require registration and, where applicable, a paid subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this Legal Notice. You must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes, to harm the rights or interests of third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Website or prevent its normal use.

Blockema strives to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. The information is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional advice.
Availability
Blockema does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website, which may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond its control. Blockema will take reasonable steps to restore the service as soon as possible.

The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Payments
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) and issues the corresponding invoice. Blockema does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Commercial Communications
Blockema will only send commercial emails where you have consented or, if you are a customer, about products or services similar to those you have purchased, in accordance with Article 21 of the LSSI-CE. You may opt out at any time using the link included in each email or by writing to hello@blockema.com.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the User is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Blockema is not a member of any consumer alternative dispute resolution scheme. Consumers may file a complaint with the Agència Catalana del Consum or with the consumer authority of their place of residence.
Changes
Blockema may amend this Legal Notice to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on the Website, together with its last-updated date.
Severability
If any provision of this Legal Notice is held invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be affected and the remainder shall remain in force.
